Do you offer pickup?

Yes! All frames can be picked up at Designer Balloons which is located in Washington Mall, upper level, Designer Balloons. 

Even if you select shipping, you must pickup your order at  Washington Mall, upper level, Designer Balloons. We do not do delivery or shipping, only pickup. 

SHIPPING

Can I track my order? 

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a tracking link. lease be aware it may take around 24hrs for this email to arrive in your inbox, or slightly longer if your order is placed over a weekend.

Do you ship Bermuda? 

We do not ship. So even if you select shipping  you are responsible for picking up your order.

All of our orders will be available for pickup in person at Washington Mall, upper level, Designer Balloons. 

How long will it take?

At checkout you will receive specific pickup time for your package, however estimated times can be found below.
