Do your glasses offer protection from the sun?
Yes! All our glasses offer 100% protection from UVA and UVB rays.
What are they made of?
We distribute glasses that use Jimei and Mazzucchelli Acetate.
Can I add prescription lenses?
Yes! Take your frames to your optometrist and they will be able to switch the lenses for your prescription.

You can pay online with your debit or credit card, Paypal or Afterpay through our website.
Do you have ' BUY NOW PAY LATER'?
Yes! Afterpay is available on our website.
Do you have a first time customer discount?
Yes we do! Join our newsletter and we will send you the code!
Do you offer returns?
Yes we offer returns! Online shopping is hard and sometimes something doesn't fit, or not what you expected - we accept returns across every style.
Can I cancel my order?
Sorry! We are unable to cancel orders after the order has been placed as orders process through our system immediately. If you ordered an item you do not want, you can request a return or exchange via info@paspourmoi.com
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail verifying that we have received your order. Once the order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your tracking number, enabling you to track your order on our provider's website.

Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will recieve an email with a tracking link. lease be aware it may take around 24hrs for this email to arrive in your inbox, or slightly longer if your order is placed over a weekend.
What shipping companies do you use?
All orders are available for pickup at 16 Church Street, Upper Level, Designer Balloons.
How long will it take?
At checkout you will receive specific pickup times, however estimated times can be found below.
BDA: 1-3 business days.
Do I have to pay duties/taxes?
It is the customers responsibility to pay any custom fees set by your local authority, please note these are non-refundable payments.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We do not currently offer returns or refunds. If there are any issues with your order please contact us at info@paspourmoi.com and our fulfilment team will get back to you. Please do not direct message via Instagram.
My glasses are faulty, what can you do?
We are so sorry to hear this! We use the highest quality materials and techniques to build your frames, however should the unfortunate circumstance of a faulty item occur please contact us at info@paspourmoi.com immediately upon receipt with photographs of the defects. We will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
